Leakage problem analysis:

Solution:

1.When used dynamically, the inner diameter of the O-ring seal should be slightly larger than the shaft diameter.
2.Improve the material performance of the O-type rubber seal kit and extend its service life.
3.Reduce the gap value.
4.Appropriately increase the hardness of the O-type rubber sealing ring and reduce the friction coefficient.
5.Improve the oil resistance of the O-type rubber sealing ring compound.
6.Strengthen the dimensional control and product inspection of O-ring.
