Installation Process – Efficient Replacement on Site
The customer’s maintenance team carried out the hydraulic cylinder seal replacement directly on site.
First, the hydraulic cylinder was removed from the excavator and carefully dismantled, focusing on the cylinder head section where the sealing components are installed. The worn and damaged seals were then taken out and replaced with the new KINTON SEALS kit.
